Droppin Science: B-Nice Film Reviews is blog dedicated to reviewing films in a different light. There are no numbers, thumbs up, reels or any other numerical value placed on the films. I think it’s more important and interesting to delve into what the film is trying to accomplish and the craft rather than just placing a number next to it.

Most of the films are from my netflix cue, which I am pretty OCD about so suggestions usually get put at the bottom of the pile. That doesn’t mean I will never see them, it just means I have a certain order that I hate to break. I also don’t write about everything I see because sometimes I really just have nothing to say.

I wholeheartedly admit my love for movies and know that I am not nearly as critical as most of the critics out there. It’s not a shtick, it’s just how I feel. A film has to be truly bad for me not to take away some aspect of the film that I found at least interesting and I like to concentrate on what worked rather than what didn’t.
